Horrible at answering the phone, I’ve called early morning, afternoon and 30 mins before closing. I’ll spam call at least 15 times before giving up with the extension I was given 111. I’ve called and then gone in and I feel like they are lazy counter people. No one will be in the waiting room and rarely will hear the phones ring. I don’t understand what these people are doing if they’re not taking calls, and there aren’t people in office to help. Straight disappointing and horrible.

I needed a new card since mine got lost sometime while traveling. They were able to give me a new one, same day. They're always so nice. Definitely an easy conversation with their employees!

All the ladies who work for WIC Watsonville have been the nicest. The WIC store is small, but one can always use their WIC card at other grocery markets. Thanks to this program a lot of families have help.

A good public service for pregnant woman, infants, and children under the age of 5. It is intended to help take some of the pressure of grocery expenses. Not meant to completely supply groceries. The WIC in Watsonville is bigger and is open longer than the one in Santa Cruz. Not only do they offer nutrition classes but they also have a lactation consultant on site.
