I had my own equipment, wasn't worried about time and these folks went out of their way to take me up river to where they usually don't after a certain time of day. Everyone I met was extremely helpful, super friendly, and wonderful to deal with. It took me 5 hours to float from River mile 1 to river mile 13 and I enjoyed every second of it, Thank you everyone for your advice, your help, and your professionalism, without it, I wouldn't have got to experience the Muskegon River!

Had a super fun time! We took tubes down the 2.5 hour float and we had a very nice relaxing time. The cooler tube was definitely worth it as it did get a bit toasty and it was nice to have the drinks that we brought along stay cool. We started at 11 and ended roughly around 2 since the river was flowing a bit slower than usual. We saw lots of turtles and a couple of herons, but we were told that if you come out even earlier you see even more wildlife.

Love this place! The workers there are exceptionally friendly and kind. They even helped us with sunscreen when we forgot to bring ours! Our driver was also very friendly and gave lots of good tips for the best experience. Very scenic and wide river.

We really enjoyed this location. Friendly staff that hussels to get you moving; there were many tubes to choose from and the process was easy. We went on a Saturday so it was very busy but they have a bus system that picks you up in groups and takes you to the docking point. They recommend reservations for a weekend because of the high volume of tubers. You can choose 2 hour or 4. We liked the 4 hour because it gave you the perfect amount of time to really enjoy the ride.

The river this location runs down was nice and clean with minimal "obstruction" in the path. There was also a large island area along the way to stop and stretch etc.

The staff was helpful in making sure you understand where the stopping point is so you don't miss it. There were staff members at this point to help you return the tube with a quick and easy process.

We will use Wisner again!

Great place to go, easy to book online, and very affordable. The river was beautiful and clean; not too fast of a current. Our small group did the 4.5 hour trip, and we absolutely loved it! Will definitely be going back.

We brought our own kayaks, but the rest of our crew rented a raft and 2 tubes. We were left behind, but the owner took us, and our rentals, up to the Thornapple launch in their personal vehicle which was nice. Overall, it was a good experience. The business seems very interested in the money. The wording chosen to present information on bringing your own equipment and making your own plans for transportation is a wild choice and gave me a bad vibe.

Wisner rents canoes, Rachel, and the BNB is so amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone! We have been doing the same trip for 5 years now and they are always the greatest to work with and make it so fun! Every single worker there is great, from the bus drivers, to the workers helping us get off the tubes, they exceed our expectations every time! Rachel the owner makes sure we get a spot every year and we are so thankful for all of them! We will be doing this every year until we physically can’t anymore!
