From the very first day, the staff has been very accommodating to all of my mother’s needs. Attention to detail is one of the things I noticed most about the staff and their willingness to make the transition to Willowbrook a smooth one with a warm reception. Seems as though whatever my mother needed or asked for, it was handled expeditiously. Finally, I really appreciate the kind manner in which the staff relates to the residents. Sure feels more like a home when people offer comfort and caring.

Beautiful bright building with the charm of a small village inside. I toured the community and felt the warmth upon entering. From the beautiful decor to the friendly staff. Each person I encountered were eager to help in whatever it was I needed. The food was delicious and well presented. Would highly consider moving in here!

My father sought out this community after a few years at a higher end community in Rochester. The commitment they made to help my mother with dementia has exceeded our family’s expectations. Crystal, Libbye, Dan,Sheri, their care support team have shown such patience, compassion with my moms agitation, stubbornness, challenges. Can I mention its $3000 less a month and they are receiving more care. The facility is newer and recently updated. I would highly recommend touring with Crystal and experiencing the community.
