This is not an assisted living facility as was originally intended. It is an apartment complex for seniors and disabled persons. The rent is based on income. There are great amenities onsite(i. e. A salon, mail delivery, a dining room that serves lunch, etc.). There are activities as well. Excercise three times a week in community room. Music and dancing on Saturday nights. A common garden area with individual boxes for residents to grow veggies if they like. I have been a resident for three years in one of the larger units added more recently. It's a non-smoking complex, but does have two designated smoking areas outside.
