I have to say, in the 8 years of living in Wickenburg and shopping at this goodwill, I've always had professional interactions. However, this last one may cause me to not shop here. I tried to return something, without a receipt, which I've done before. But the manager, I didn't catch his name, although I know I've never seen him before, refused to help me without a receipt, telling me it's always been this way. I pursued a return and he went to another manager, that I did recognize, who told me the same thing, which I know I've personally returned without a receipt before. Multiple times. I remember one thing he said that stuck out, which was when I remarked about having to do something to help me, to which he replied with raised eyebrows, "I don't have to do anything." Customer service...? The last thing I remember, when I was complaining about the service, was he picked up my clothes and tossed them at me. Now, I regret to say that I tossed them back like a child's game. I've not been so mad in a very long time. I did turn around and ask for my clothes back, and apologized. But he didn't.

I just wanted to comment on the cashier Jay. His job is to inform the customers that the bags are now 10 cents. When he rang me out he left my clothes on the counter and turned away. When I went to reach for a bag he exclaimed ‘bags are 10 cents’ when I asked him why he didn’t tell me he just looked at me like I was dumb. Then proceeded to talk about how customers can be so dumb right in front of me.

I’ve been to many goodwills, And this one by far is best one I’ve EVER been to. Hell. I was even employed here and not one complaint!! All the way around great location and management. Mayra is the best manager!!

I like this store. But your prices have gotten way too high! You price things just under full retail value on so many things. This is a non-profit, supposedly!! Your entire stock is donated. Please be more kind to your community!

I go in to the store every chance I get. I've never had anything but an awesome experience there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. I love it!!?

I give this Goodwill a thumbs up. Kudos to the gentleman who always keeps the books organized by subject. Kudos to the young cashier with long black hair and glasses. Always professional and sweet. To the unsung heroes (merchandise preppers and stockers). Store is always clean and organized. Keep up the great work!!

I just left the goodwill and Wickenburg and there was a woman working there name gerri who was rude, unintelligent, bossy and a know it all. She needs to learn how to work and be respectful to customers. She actually said to a coworker and customers 1. Customers can wait in line.. [no cashiers were up on the register for a few minutes u til a customer asked for one]
2. No greeting to customers just very rudely that if you are paying with cash..we can't give change.
3. We do not open for customers unless there are 4 or more in line.. ( said when another cashier came to help when 3 were in line this lady was condescending and needs a life lesson on decency

They need more staff and less of that good will perfume hosed all over. It's hard to breathe after about 10 minutes, but you'll be there for about 20 minutes more than you want because no one comes to help the poor cashier who is genuinely nice and super helpful.
