The program is helpful when you can actually get through to them. Been trying to contact them all day but no one is picking up. I was on hold for 10 minutes each time I called and when it was finally my turn to speak to a rep it rang and went to another menu giving different options on who to be transferred to. Each time I pressed a number on who to be transferred to it would say “that’s an invalid number” then transfer me to the regular receptionist for community action agency who didn’t even answer anyways. I just wanted to inquire about the breast pumps I was told about at my last appointment.

Helpful program. However they should increase the eligibility monthly income to double or at least $7000, as the expenses now a days have increased significantly.

Thank you Ms. Miranda , a very helpful lactation specialist. I have been exsclusively breast feeding for several years. I am going back to work and I thought my pump wasn't working right , so I stopped by WIC for some education and help . Ms. Miranda measured me and made sure pump was working right. It wasn't the pump it was me. My body just needed to get used to pumping and the attachment sizes I was using was wrong. Couple days later I'm pumping and feeling confident. Thank you for your expertise and positive attitude !!
