Staff friendly and try very hard to help. 4 stars because the program needs an overhaul. Which products are or aren't covered is ridiculous. During 1st year, when baby food is covered, gerber green beans might be covered but not corn. Last time out of 30 varieties and different brands, 12 were covered, and the rest were not. Which ones seem random at best.
