This is a fantastic, local library that is always trying to engage with the community. They have a great selection of books and activities for the Littles. There are many resources for adults, including workstations and meeting rooms. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I do wish they had Sunday hours.

The library is beautiful with plenty of places to sit back & enjoy the place with a book or magazine. There is also a business center with computers, a printer & fax capabilities. The staff is very helpful. Go already, just be quiet, 😆

White Lake Community Library is a beautiful library nestled in the woods just off the biking/hiking trail in Whitehall. The library offers yoga classes, a small Friends of the Library book store, used book sales throughout the year, computers, video rentals, ancestry software on their computers, remote pick up of library materials via lockers or curbside, a cookbook club, a bike repair station, an outdoor solar-powered picnic table for charging cellphones, classes on various topics, a book bike library, and more!

This is a terrific library. It's clean and well taken care of. There is a cozy reading room, full of current issues of a diverse range of magazines and daily papers. There is a bank of computers for the public to use. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very responsive finding any books that I want and bringing them in through the cooperative. The grounds are gorgeous, and there is parking allowed for the public to enjoy a bike/walking trail that winds around the property

My son and I have enjoyed coming to the library until recently. I’ve been working my way through the Lisa Unger books and had come to White Lake Library because they had the book “Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six. ” I returned it on Wednesday and selected several more books. Later that day, I got a call from Renee at the library telling me that “Secluded Cabin” had water damage and I needed to replace the book. I assumed some type of calamity had happened in my bag that I was unaware of but agreed to purchase a new hardcover to replace, which I ordered that day. In the meantime, she locked me out of Libby and I wasn’t able to check out any e-books. Today is Saturday. I dropped off the replacement book and she gave me the original. There is only a trace of a wave on a page. I’m blown away that this book was considered ruined, much less damaged. I wish I could include a picture. I’m afraid to check out any other books from this library.

I'm very thankful to have this library in our community because it's so beautiful and has so much to offer. Great classes, kids events, books and more. The staff is always helpful and friendly and my family loves visiting. This is a gem in Whitehall.
