Went to the new drive- thru, ATM at the credit union. ATM wouldn't take my old card. Talked to a teller who was super helpful, got my money and explained how to get an instant new card. Went inside and was helped by a very nice young man who took care of everything. They made the card right there and explained everything well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my day hassle free.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I have an account at a shared credit union and took a check into Wexford community to deposit it. The teller took the check and after I signed it told me unless I went out into parking lot and called my credit union they would put a hold on the check. I did just that and was told by my credit union they had no right to tell me that. So back into Wexford I went to retrieve the check. They refused to return the check to me and told me to drive to the north end of town because my credit union opened a new branch and if I walk in there then there would be no hold put on it. So I did. And was told once again by my credit union, no way and wexford had no right telling me that. The credit unions closed while I was trying to get this mess straightened out. In the mean time I have called Wexford several times and left messages for them to return my call because they never answer. Well here I am several days later and they still have not returned my call. The Wexford has my check held hostage and my bank can't do nothing to help because wexford should of not taken the check!!! What does one do? Pay for check cancelation

I have used the credit union for years! They have always been friendly, personable and professional in all acts of business. Shelley, Lori and Jamila are the sweetest! I have never had any problems and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend and appreciated in all that they do.

The services have really went down hill. Probably has something to do with mass firing seasoned competent tellers and replacing them with incompetent tellers. I've been there 2x in the past week and both times my transactions have been messed up. Thankfully i checked my receipts because it could have lead to bounced checks/insufficient funds for transactions.

I havr been with this institution for well over 20 years. In recent years my debit card has been compromised for fraud repeatedly. This happened in September, again today, and a few years back. I'm not sure why it is happening so frequently, but seems they need more safe guards in place. It is frustrating because I have no access to my money unless the bank is open. Waiting for a new debit card takes nearly 2 weeks. They should get with the times and make getting a debit card easier like most banks these days where it can be made right at the bank.

I've had a personal checking and savings account at WCCU for several years. I've never had an issue with them. Always polite tellers, they do their best to serve you. Some people are just never happy with anything. And to the person complaining that they don't have an account there and they won't break bills for you, yep that's how it works at every bank. Back in the 80's any bank would give you change regardless of whether you had an account with them or not. Go figure, things change over time.

I recently had to go to this credit union to get help with my veteran dad's debit card. This wonderful teller, who's name is Tony, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with this matter ! As young as this young man was, he was VERY PROFESSIONAL & VERY PATIENT with us. I can not give him enough praise ! He deserves to be reckonized for his professionalism!! So THANK YOU Wexford County Community Credit Union for staffing such wonderful people !

For close to 40 years Wexford Community Credit Union has taken care of my banking. I have seen many come and go. I miss many of the original bunch I worked with and I rarely had a problem. I thank Wexford Community Credit union for still being that small town Banking experience….
