I’ve worked at Westward Heights Care Center for nearly 7 years, holding various roles over the years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best long-term care facilities out there. The difference is clear the moment you walk in—residents are genuinely cared for, and staff are happy and proud to be part of the team.

Westward Heights has built an outstanding reputation in the community, and it’s easy to see why. The level of compassion, quality of care, and commitment to residents’ quality of life is unmatched. It’s no surprise that CMS rates it a 5-star facility.

On a personal note, my mother-in-law was a resident here during the challenging time of COVID and until her passing. I witnessed firsthand the incredible dedication and love the team showed her—and every resident. They were truly the best of the best.

I’m proud to be part of a place where people genuinely care. Westward Heights isn’t just a care center—it’s a family.

My wife has 2 things she can still enjoy. Family, and painting. She was a very good Art Teacher. The family comes whenever possible but intermittently. Some snafu has removed the assistance she needs to move her arms so she can no longer paint. She needs supportive and agreeable staff available to her each week. Can you solve this problem? Therapy will be taken from her also. Otherwise the care has been fine.
