Nice library, friendly staff.
Edit: They finally finished renovating the library in 2024. It looks nice, everything is new. New tables, chairs, carpet, computers, etc. 👏🏽👍🏽

Edit: They've been renovating this library since the beginning of the pandemic. It's been 3 years and they're still not open to the public. Every other library in the
surrounding cities are open to the public.

Best place in my neighborhood. Children friendly and they have various of activities, I’ve been to one of the amazing free concerts. Due to the COVID 19 the children area are closed, but they’re starting various activity with kids.

Everyone was so friendly and one of the lady even went out of her way to help me when she heard the wrong sound on the self checking machine before I even ask her. On the second floor, there’re huge selection of children’s book, kids can get help for their homework.

The first time I came here, there was an Asian female employee in the information desk, and she saw me with discriminatory eyes, I don't know why, I don't know her at all! As if I owed her money, this library made me feel very unfriendly!

After waiting for nearly four years, the West Covina library is finally back! Everything looks clean and all the staff is friendly. There are many new services available at the library and online as long as you have a library card. There's a lot of space and seating. I got my new library card today and two books!

Do not come to this library to study between the hours or 11 to 2pm. The staff is louder than the children running around.

I loved the new upgrade and brand-new computers and faster 😀
I came today and didn't know the library's was closed on Mondays.

This library is the best! When will it reopen? It's been a few years and we miss it.

(P.S. I hope it isn't super modernized. I think classic looks are nicer for libraries.)
