They dont make sure the snow care company plows correctly for disabled people. our end of our driveway, the people further down suffer, we call the office and receive no response... and ontop of all that our site manager is a peeper And he drives like a bat out of hell through the complex.when all tenants know. we are constantly reminded to obey the rules. (WE HAVE A TODDLER WITH AUTISM FOR EXAMPLE) Most of us tenants have children and children with disabilities in our neighborhood. ALSO four (4) FOUR BED TWO BATHROOMS APARTMENTS EACH MAKES EIGHT BATHROOMS WITH FOUR LAUNDRY HOOKUPS WE ONLY HAVE ONE HOUSE SIZE WATER HEATER FOR ALL FOUR APARTMENTS. I would relocate but I've already fell in love with my community and have started settling my life here. Was an army brat and hate moving alot.... we get two parking spots and us being disabled and need a clear route for whatever could happen(ambulances, family or friends,) or pickups and there are always people in or blocking my spots and for a rent of almost 1,100 a month I feel and believe things should be better.... rant over but if you don't believe come and see..... we do have openings and it takes a village and some great neighbors not all but a good few of us I say us because we are all just trying to do our best and live OUR lifes. But we have become Family!!! (:

I was supposed to have a phone call on Friday January 31st to see if we qualify for weatherization on our house and guess what? No one bothered to call. I got a bunch of reminders saying they would call and never did! Is this what you do to the low income people and families that need these programs? Very disappointed in all of this! Do better.

I am so appreciative they came out to help get my water heater and furnace in better shape than they were but I was left with a pressure problem that no one will help me resolve. I have next to no water pressure for over a month now and still no one wants to help me get this fixed. If they are going to contact out help they need to make sure it's adequate help not just a bandaid

Applied for rental assistance at the end of July and finally was told earlier this week that our application would get processed in the next few days. When I emailed the 1st time I was told they process them in the order they receive them and they couldn't tell me any further information. hmhowever my neighbor sent his in after me because I gave him the application and received his well over a month ago. I called and emailed multiple times over the next 3 months and was told it would get processed faster if I had an eviction notice. We were doing everything to try to avoid that, but finally received a notice to vacate over the weekend. It's so hard to rent either of these on your record and it's hard enough as it is to find housing in our area.

Got assistance every year ,no problem. This year it just stopped. No answers, no help ,nothing. Evers is destroying everything this year, that's not America
