This is my last time I order from Walmart they waited until 7pm to tell me that they couldn't deliver my order way past dinner and I don't drive at night but tonight I did. I got my order came home and made dinner and it was 9pm before I got to eat. I was a Walmart member and I canceled my subscription to them I'll go somewhere else for now on I've never had so many problems with them in forever. Good bye Walmart and good night ?

Boyfriend and I went to return two items..
We already had both of the items and didn't really need extra ones. But what we DID NEED very much was money for groceries. We've been hit hard and its been rough. So when my boyfriend received these two items for his birthday, we were excited to get to go return them in order to feed ourselves.. HOWEVER, we were not able to return neither of the two items. Didn't even get to explain it to them. Simple as day, NO RECIEPT - NO RETURN. Not sure when they started doing this but I remember a few times on like Christmas or birthdays, when gift gifted was like wrong size, wrong color,, already had one,, or even just flat-out didn't like/want it, no real reason had to even be given,, but that they would take them back, even without receipts, and given back to the customer, not their cash money back, but instead, the money back on a Walmart gift card. Which was just as usefu. Especially whenjust trying to getsome food... so..yeah.. sucks.

They have been without black tint in their paint department for weeks they claim to have ordered it multiple times but cannot get it. So avoid their paint department if you need paint mixed

We have a thing for hitting what we jokingly call "foreign Walmarts" when we travel. I have been to many stores in several states and sadly this is my home town Walmart. All other stores have a re occuring theme, they are better than my Walmart. Stores that are the same size have more products and services, cleaner, and this is the only Walmart I have found that allows there employees to huddle right at the entrance and blow cigarette smoke on the customers as they enter. It's like nothing I have ever seen. I go here multiple times per week and they just look directly at you and blow smoke at you with no regard. These are employees wearing the vests. I finally complained to the hotline because the manager wasn't available. They didn't care and basically said as much. I've started shopping more at Hays but they don't have everything... On the good side, the lady that runs the self checkout does and awesome job and is very friendly!

It is easy to get in and out. The only problem I have with the store is the people stocking and picking up groceries for customers, they all are very rude or they are at our store.

Very neat n clean of all the Walmarts I have been to! And good customer service by cashier too who went all got to get a mgr to help me as I was trying to use a virtual rewards card from Ibotta.
