My car broke down on the corner of Owl Hole Gap Road and Finley in Rutledge yesterday. It was scary for me because I was all alone and my cell phone had no reception. A kind man who lived nearby let me use his phone to call my husband and he recommended we contact his friend with a tow truck at Volunteer Recovery. I just can’t say enough good things about the “repo man” from Volunteer Recovery who helped me. He arrived quickly, towed my car to a safe location, and he and some other men tested it to see why the engine wasn’t working. They were all super nice, knowledgeable people and I felt relieved and grateful to have encountered them. The repo man fixed my car and charged me almost nothing for the repair or the towing. Unbelievable in this day and age to come across genuinely kind and decent people like this. He and his friends and the neighbors on Finley/Owl Hole Gap Road who helped me have restored my faith in humanity. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be an uplifting experience. Thank you so much. I hope you will give this company your business. They are good neighbors.

I am disabled and my vehicle broke down on the mountain. The driver showed up fast and was sooo nice to me. I've been through some telly hrs times lately nd for company to treat you with compassion ms understanding was a really emotional thing for me. I needed some kindnessvon my life. Thank you ll souch for all that you have done. They even stored the trailer I was towing t np cost to me untill I was able to get my vehicle fixed. Wish I could give them a thousand stars.

my car was towed by this company from another company and they drugged my car my transmission went completely out because of it my tire was shredded to the rim and they tried to say my car was already like that. And this was in August they told me they had videos and they where gonna look back at it and see what happened and get back with the other company and never got a word back on what they found (my car being perfectly fine) and when I asked about it I was told the footage was deleted. I tried to find the company to personally talk to the owner and was told I couldn’t and got the phone hanged up in my face. I have experienced so many loose due to this situation and not been able to take my children where they need to go and myself and still going through it to this day they have my car now but want tell me if it’s fixed or not I was told the manager went out of town I will not allow this company to touch my car ever ever again! I am very disappointed and i have been treated unprofessionally by this Company and hope they don’t do anybody else how they done me and my family.

They picked up my van from Norton’s towing and after calling and making an appointment to pick up my personal items the van and items we gone.I have called both towing places but no one seems to be to tell me where my stuff is at least Norton’s remembers seeing my things in the van. I am missing a phone, car seat,machete, cd tapes, a calendar book with lots of personal papers and info that I needed among other odds and end items. The only item they say is there is the car seat.

Their recovery guy pulled into my driveway to repo a car across the street. In the process he ran over my child’s tricycle! When I came outside and noticed it I asked him if he had pulled into my driveway he said yes. He agreed to replace it and said he’d be here Monday with one. I have yet to hear from him. I also did as he asked and sent him pictures of one just like hers and others that could substitute it. I have him on video running over it! Now I have to replace something your company damaged bc they are negligent! My 3 year old is very upset and it’s sad and pathetic!

Can to pick up my personal property they took from my vehicle thats was towed by them and i was missing very valuable clothes expensive shoes lap top computer Bluetooth speakers jewelry important documents with confidential information social security card id birth certificate the license plate to my car and much more also missing a very expensive floor mat thats cost as a set about 500$ Also says they open at 9am its almost going on 10:00 am have been wait for almost over an hr guy jus pulled up to the business and informed me the office lady will be here in 30 minutes
