I do not have enough good things to say about this facility. The staff is absolutely incredible, there’s not a single person that’s not willing to help and with a smile. Some of the sweetest and genuinely kind people I’ve ever worked with. The facility is always clean and housekeeping and maintenance work super hard to keep it that way. Our activity director and her assistant get so creative with activities to keep our residents entertained and give them something to look forward to. Our chef and kitchen staff are also amazing! They personalize the dining experience for each individual resident and they go above and beyond making sure everyone is full and happy. I’m so blessed to have a job I enjoy going to.

Volante is a great place. Residents seemed very happy upon entrance and after being there about an hour or two, building is very clean and welcoming and their staff was very polite. Everyone was working together I even seen staff interacting with residents during activities. I would highly recommend this place ☺️

Terrace at Lake Orion(Assisted Living & Memory Care) "I Highly recommend this business." Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and how I seen them interact with the residents. I attempted to put my dad here and they graciously accepted. My dad took a turn that made him unable to come here. Having said that, the facility is beautiful. Mona and Shane were extremely honest and patient. They walked us thru the entire process. There was a business officer involved who also worked with us who was extremely kind. In fact every encounter we had for several days was nothing short of excellent cuatome service. They absolutely put their residents first from my experience and conversation with them all. Even though my father could not go here right now, if he was ever in better condition I would go right back here. Being in Healthcare myself I understand that every facility has its strengths and weaknesses but our experience was a great one and I'm so glad to have had that here. Beautiful, modern and super clean facility. Very competent, compassionate and attentive staff. Outstanding administrative personnel especially Mona, the current Executive Director who goes above and beyond for her residents and employees. This is not just a facility....it's THE facility for anyone who wants the top-notch care for his/her loved ones. I highly recommend it!
