Awesome meeting place for those that are visually impaired. Dropped my mother off for a weekly gathering with friends for lunch and some games. Staff is friendly and they have volunteers that help the clients in any way they may need. Morning drop off can be a hassle with all the VTA paratransit cars dropping off clients but overall it's a great place for the visually impaired.

For those with comprimised vision, like me, or none, the SCVBC offers a great many programs & devices that enrich and enable us. A bit hard to see from the road, since it is set back behind other buildings. Look for the large sign & drive down the short access road. Check their web site for activities.
