I attended vineridge's Easter event and I was very impressed with the facilities presentation, the staff was very friendly and involved with the whole event. It was nice to see the residents out and interacting having a good time as well. It was a overall great event! Looking forward to taking my mother to the mothers day brunch coming up soon.

Hello my name is Tammy. My father suffers from 2 forms of dementia.

Our family first met with Dave the facility director in March of 2020 during a time when we urgently needed to find a safe, well staffed, clean home for dad. We interviewed 3 locations. Finding this to be the perfect location for dad.

Dad had lived with us for 2 years. There is a time when a family may need to get support and care for their loved one.
I wanted him close enough that I could come and visit at a moments notice .

This is my 2nd parent to require this type of care. Which I believe gives me plenty of experience.

It has now been 7 months that dad has been here at Vine Ridge.

The food is excellent : Robin having customized what meals work for dad.

The staff is impeccable with their care for dad and attention to his needs.
They play games with him. He is watched over and cared for 24 hours a day.

I call several times day, if they are busy and can’t pick up my call, it is always returns within an hour.
The grounds are beautiful and welcoming.
They always check with me if they want to try something new with dad to make his stay more comfortable.

Since dad has moved here I have slept again.
I didn’t realize how much sleep I was missing while he lived with us the last year.

Having him here at Vine Ridge has given me peace of mind.

Caring for your loved one is also caring for yourself.
Knowing he is truly cared for, safe, clean and I am communicated with is a blessing.
I highly recommend Vine Ridge.
