I called Vincent to see how he could help. It was too soon to file for me, so he promised to call me that next year to follow up, and he did, to the date! He had notes from our conversation the previous year. I never had to repeat anything. Everything was explained in detail. All questions and concerns were answered and taken care of immediately. He was accommodating, very trustworthy, kind, thorough, and encouraging. There was a follow-up before, during, and well-after my case was discharged. I would recommend Vincent and his team for any of your needs, I feel like I gained a second family, I never once felt uncomfortable or misled. I want to thank you, Vince, for being honest, trustworthy, and so kind. My son loved that you cared to talk to him and that you made him laugh. Very professional at the same time. The Law firm did an outstanding job assisting my elderly father with a fall due to an unsecured bench at a restaurant. The service was prompt and professional.
