I went online to schedule a pick up weeks in advance and not only did they not show up to pick up the donations that were left outside, but when I called the please pick up phone number they were completely unconcerned. Since I scheduled through the Please Pick up website it's not tied to the a specific store location. I was extremely disappointed with the nonchalant attitude regarding the fact that my pickup hadn't been completed. I was trying to donate items that belonged to my mother who passed away and the lease is up after March 31st but they acted like it was my fault that the drivers didn't pick up the delivery. No one contacted me to tell me there was an issue with the delivery either!

They obviously aren't grateful for the donations. I'm looking for a different charity to donate to where I'll be treated with more respect.

Terrible service. The website clearly states that delivery includes bringing items to the 2nd floor. However, the driver called me and asked me to bring the items down instead. When I explained that it was 20 garbage bags, the driver responded with, 'Nah, I’m good,' and refused to deliver as promised. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional."

I called to schedule a pickup and they never showed up, they called about an hour after the pickup time and said they didn't have trucks iny area and asked if can reschedule. I rescheduled for almost two weeks later and they called and this time left no message, only for me to call back and learn there are no trucks in my area again. I will continue to just donate to the local facility in my area.

I had a very disappointing experience with a large donation I set up. The items I donated were extremely valuable, including outdoor equipment like grills, camping gear, and fishing rods that were never used. I had brands like Weber and Loomis among the items.

However, when the team came to collect my donations, they picked through my items, selecting only what they wanted and leaving a huge pile behind. It's clear they didn’t understand the value of what they were discarding. I suspect they took some items for their personal use.

I called dispatch to express my concerns, and they were shocked by the situation, but unfortunately, they never sent anyone back to address the issue. It's very unfortunate because someone truly could have benefited from these items, especially the clothing, which included expensive suits and dress shoes. I am thoroughly disgusted by this experience.

Scheduled a pickup for good quality items, some with tags still on them. Put the items out to be picked up on the day that was selected by them, spoke to someone that same day and she assured us that they were still coming by end but no one ever showed up. Called dispatch the next day and they told me that they didn’t pickup on Thursday’s but someone would come the next day (Friday) well the large donation sat outside and then the rain started. The driver finally showed up and picked through what he wanted to take and left a huge pile of things that he didn’t want to take, I will never donate to this company again. As good people we try to pass on never used or under used items to people and it goes unappreciated. The least someone could have done is called or emailed and let us know the first day that a driver wasn’t coming, now things that could have gone to other people are wet and ruined.

I have pick up like three times and needed more pickups and as soon as they found out my real name they stopped picking up and started making up lies about them coming out here to pick up the charities that I still have sitting here for weeks and weeks these young kids these days need to stop having jobs if they want to be lying to their elders and not respecting your elders and they don't need the man that works there for them because they don't want to never do their job I guess they could just come here to get high and do whatever they want to do just to be there I made another pick up before Valentine's weekend guess what I'm like ring the doorbell no rings we have 2now he leavrs a note we sorry we miss you I be glad when you miss that paycheck so you would never miss me again

No call no show for pickup. This place has become a joke. Too big. Call center can't tell you where the truck is or if they'll even show. If not you're supposed to trust that rescheduling will work the next round. No one has time for that. Now I have to find somewhere else to take all my items.
