Best VFW Post in the state that I've been to so far. Huge canteen space with a great selection of beers and liquor. Friendly staff and great customers that welcome everyone in....new or old members. Banquet hall is HUGE with personal bar and media screens available.

As a veterans wife, this place was a big disappointment to use for a special day. When my boys arrived to set up there was a mix up and a meeting was scheduled doing our set up time that was paid for. The lady was very rude that was holding the meeting and wanted us to be quiet. When moving chairs and tables the lady got upset and took their chairs that they were sitting on and went to another room. We were short over 50 chairs and informed the gentleman and had to go look for someone to get the chairs. We had to wait over 30 minutes from someone to come help us and then they finally brought the chairs to the outside door and we had to bring them inside and they were really hot from being outside. Then during the event the bartenders kept disappearing. We left the food in the serving area and food that wasn’t served went missing. We had to throw the trash out after the event there was no light. Doesn’t matter how much you clean you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.

Great and friendly staff a place Veterans really feel at home. Had the pleasure of meeting the team who really made me feel welcome the Commander of the post gave me his seat and really was concerned that I felt that I belonged.

I am seeing a lot of a Lopez family they clearly are 100% wrong and should be ashamed. Not that hard to understand if you are in someone's place you follow their rules. When I asked about renting the hall I was shown all the violations that would result in losing my security deposit and nothing was unreasonable.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible and false with everything that comes out of their mouths. Rented the place for a very special event and they messed everything up and then refused to give us our deposit. What a way to ruin my girls special day!! Shawn and Chelsea are disrespectful and are racist. Do not rent with these individuals.

Attended a dear friends funeral today and the memorial service was held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8541. A beautiful service that the Post members supported and made it a memorable experience that the family and friends of Adam Emory will cherish for the rest of our days. The Post is very large and beautifully maintained. Words cannot adequately describe how grateful we are for the hospitality of the VFW and their members. Truly a great organization that supports veterans and their families. Thank you so much VFW Post 8541! Highly recommend this wonderful place to all my fellow Combat veterans.
