Ventura Coast Milk Bank offered highly unpredictable and inflexible hours—often at very short notice, such as "I will be in the office tomorrow at 3:45pm-4:15pm." There appears to be only one person working there and they rarely answer the phone. After I finally managed to arrange a donation drop-off and secure childcare, Heather canceled our appointment with just two hours notice. It was extremely frustrating given the effort and preparation involved.
