This place is great when it comes to helping with childcare and the people who answer the phone. However, I’m left in tears after talking to case worker “Sara”. She belittled me, cut me off multiple times then accused me of doing so, stated “I answered your question and you aren’t listening” and was extremely rude to me. She in fact did not even attempt to hear me out and was stuck on the conversation of summer camps. I was soft spoken, said “ma’am I am not trying to be confrontational and when she snapped back again I stated I would like to talk to a supervisor. She went off again about how I’m being impatient over the summer and how it’s “only January” but I just wanted to know if opening my son’s case back up was a possibility. She said “well you asked to talk to a supervisor so you can ask her”. I’m not sure if she was having a bad morning but she shouldn’t treat anyone this day. I’m completely baffled over the way I was treated. DO NOT SEE SARA, ask to have a different worker.

This place sucks as far as getting paid. You never know when to expect a check. You definitely can't plan ahead, or plan to pay your bills on time, unless you just make arrangements to pay them by the last of the month. Because it's never the same time from month to month.

These staff members are all exceptionally kind, professional and generous. They have delivered needed items such as sanitizer, gloves, masks, as well as crafts and toys to my small preschool center every month during this pandemic. They have gone way above and beyond. I am so grateful to them for their support and compassion. They got me through a very tough time.
