Today, the USO Orlando team provided support for my husband’s unit annual family event. We were blown away by the professionalism of Pleasant Sparkle-Williams and their volunteer team. Wonderful organization to work with that truly cares about our military.

First of all, I want to apologize for two items. First, I'm really sorry for not getting the names of the staff members. Second for being so late in writing this. We had the pleasure of a 7.5-hour delay at Orlando on 9/19/24. Being a retired military family we thought about the USO. This place was AMAZING, and the staff was FANTASTIC. They started with a tour of their facility which left nothing to desire for anybody. They even had a "Quiet" room that was dark and very comfortable to relax in. A computer room, separate gaming computers, two TV's and a well-stocked snack and drink area. There was also an attached area for small children where parents could watch them play and they would not be a bother to more elderly guest who were just trying to unwind. Although I have been a contributor in the past due to our own military career, we now have two grandchildren in the service that would benefit. Thank you for such a great and relaxing time.

Highly disappointed denied my wife entry because her ID was expired by one day. Never has any USO TREATED MYSELF OR MY FAMILY IN THIS MANNER VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. Understand policy change as Jan 1st we have been having hell renewing online so had an appointment at McDill at end of week to get her a new one. Our families are a direct reflection of us service members so you treat them you are treating us in the same manner. Do better Orlando.

Nice USO, very nice people. But sadly I was denied entry due to not being able to show a physical DOD card. Once I got out the service I misplaced that card. I’ve been to other USO’s in the past and just showed my drivers license and was allowed in. This time at Orlando, I was a no go.

They saved my trip!! I was a few hours early for my interbnational flight so I stopped at the USO for some snacks, to top off my phone charge, and wait in a quiet, clean, peaceful place to wait until it was time to walk to my terminal. But I FORGOT my musical instrument there!!!

The volunteer went out of his way to to bring my musical instrument (which I absentmindedly left there when I walked out to catch my flight) to a store outside the security checkpoint in Terminal B. Oh my! I had gotten all the way through Clear and security but was being delayed when they were searching my personal item. I was so caught up in that I didn't even realize I didn't have my instrument--and I was boarding in 30 minutes for an international MUSIC mission trip! Agh!! I panicked, called the USO, and asked if someone could bring it, as I would not have made my flight if I had walked back to the other terminal, then back to my terminal, then gone through security---( at which I was delayed AGAIN when they checked the SAME BAG, and now my instrument!! Totally my fault, but they came through for me. I thanked the volunteer profusely! I took a picture with him but Google keeps giving me an error message!

I was so thankful they were there to help. Definitely one of the nicest USOs I've been to as far as seating and friendliness go. Not much in the way of refreshment, but if you want a cup of coffee, a bottle of water, or some peanut butter crackers they had them.

This USO is only open until 1500 but it is a great added feature to the Orlando Airport. As a Retired Disabled Combat Veteran, I truly appreciate this spot for Veterans to go kick back and relax. It definitely helped my Service dog and I when we had 16 hours to wait for our flight. I also appreciate how the USO provides small snacks and drinks (for free to any Active Duty Member or Retiree and their family.

This is an excellent USO. The location was fairly easy to find and away from the crazy hustle and bustle of the Airport. Snacks and drinks were fully stocked. Super clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend chilling out here while waiting for your flight. The Quiet Room was nice, relaxing, and perfect for a nap. The main area had Xbox systems, lots of books, magazines, a large kitchen area, a seperate little kid area, lots of TV's and sitting spaces. Definitely one of the better USO locations I've hung out in. A++
