The robot that is answering the 811 call keeps cutting out and not letting me put in a ticket. I’m a homeowner and will be doing excavating in my backyard and have called twice and keep getting thrown off the call. Saving money is probably the reason you have a robot answering the phone. I would like to know how is this SAFETY!!!!!

I use USA 811 for work daily. They have made improvements to their website. I usually use 811 express, but when I can't and have to call in, their Representatives are always professional.

The new recording at the beginning of the call is a little long but I guess necessary, other than that the tecs taking your call are super nice and helpful

Their Computer Voice MELISSA is the Absolut WORSE. It takes about twenty phone calls before that stupid computer voice works!!!!
