I had went up to the place and asked them do they helped people to pay for their medical bills and the lady had told me no and they don't have anyone who can do it. They'd stopped doing it. They only can help some people who needs help with utilities and eviction notice payments. I hate to say this but Reta Johnson is a liar. She had lied to everybody says that "All the ladies are in there the bomb." Wrong, they're not the bomb at all. I hate it

I will never file my taxes under United Way again for as long as I am alive and paying taxes.

I filed my taxes with them this year and they miscopied my numbers when filing my tax return AND failed to contact me to fix it. It is now late and I will be pentalized for this. I called and spoke to Amy and she was not a happy employee. Amy overtalked and increased her time with me out of frustration. Instead of admitting to their failure to contact me for their own mistake, Amy made every excuse (heavy workload, refused to show proof of contact, etc.) on why it is overall my responsibility to file my own taxes and not depend on anything. Why offer a service that you don’t hold yourself accountable for? Overall, this service disappointed me because it costed me more to file with them than I would have doing my taxes by myself.
