This organization helped us beyond expectations even they only did one thing, give us a hotel voucher. They promised one amount of time and actually went beyond that amount of time. They were honest and to the point and kept their promise and beyond. This is money well spent for donations. Everything is spelled out up front and nothing is mistaken or misrepresented.

They helped us with a voucher for 1 week until our place was ready. They were clear it was one week. They helped us and others while being up front with no trouble. I respect that and thank them. This is an agency that is using funds well and helping people.

If I could I would rate this united way a -15 stars ⭐. Me and my fiance who is diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and has a pacemaker and defibrillator out on the street after paying for a few nights. When united ways paid for this they set us up to gain housing throw a rapid rehousing program. Me and my fiance have done everything we where ask to do by the rapid rehousing program and was waiting for them to give us housing when united ways of Saginaw stopped paying for our room and left me and my at risk pregnant finance to have to sleep in a car. United ways have stopped paying for our room when they have been told by several medical professionals that it's not in the. Best interest for me or my fiance to be in at community shelter where people houses all together. They also have been where that nowhere in Saginaw Michigan will allow my service animal in their shelters that are community shelters.
