Customer Service is unprofessional and rude! I didn't even get to finish my sentence of why I was recommended to call there and she just cut me off telling me to call 211. Great Job Houston!

I’ve had several meetings/trainings in the United Way building and the staff have always been so kind and accommodating. The meeting rooms are large and clean. United way services are also essential in the area. They’re able to provide resource contact information and are very knowledgeable.
