A building for all the labor unions in the area to hold meetings and trainings. Most everything in the brick structure is bilingual, that is to say it caters to the English and Spanish speaking laborers of the greater West Valley area. In the upper floor main multi purpose area there are signs for a number of guilds, brotherhoods and unions.
