They gave me an appointment for my dentist at 2pm and they were closed, I had to wait for them to open so I can be serviced. They ended up sending me home after filling out all their paperwork, because I told them I had a cold sore.

This has been the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been too. My mother made 2 appointments and the day of, appointment they always tell her there is no doctor. She never gets an advance notice. They keep scheduling her 3 weeks away always for the same reason.

My mom comes here and today she came home crying because she was treated very bad at her appointment that they said she didn’t have. My mom works and she wouldn’t waste a day of work to just show up somewhere with out an appointment knowing she might get turned away. They basically said she’s a liar and that she shouldn’t be showing up with out an appointment but my mom spoke to someone who booked the appointment for her. Which they had in their system. The front desk girl who goes by Elizabeth and has the nastiest attitude was the one who thought my mom didn’t speak English and started talking badly about my mom in English. Do not go here. I will be reporting to the BBB as well.

The receptionist are so rude. I went yesterday 1/29/2018. I called and made an appointment for 11am, when I got there they said I missed it and it was at 10am. If they made a mistake how can you say I will be a walk in an be seen after 1:30pm. I explained how I called off at work for this appointment and had other things to do and the receptionist was being so rude and left me with no options. Rosario was so nice and asked the receptionist to put me with the other doctor (which was the doctor I had asked for in the phone🤔). Over all I was seen at 12:30pm. I love the doctor I have she is the best. That's the only reason I go back but the waiting time and the receptionists are awful 100%.

My experience here was ruined by Gloria Coronado. The worst person to be in charge of any pregnancy. She was very mean. Everything else was ok. Also, the app to check messages and appointments never worked and I called for help and never fixed it.

Awful experience. Changing provider. The staff are nice but the the doctor who saw me was HORRIBLE! Condescending and sarcastic. Had the nerve to laugh at me for asking questions about my health had multiple side conversations during my telehealth appointment, she kept talking over me when I told her I couldn't hear her properly, and when I asked for a doctor's note she acted like she couldn't get one to me. When I called back to demand one as my employer is requesting it, they told me the doctor could have done one for me during my appointment. Now I have to wait 5 days for this doctor's note.

This place SUCKS ! don’t go there The staff are the rudest people. They have scheduled my mom plenty of times at 12 but as soon as she gets there they tell her that can’t take her because they are going to lunch this has happen not only once but 3 times ! Why schedule someone during your lunch time ! Another thing is that the doctors don’t pay attention to what my mom is telling them how she is feeling. They just tell her they will send a prescription to her pharmacy and guess what THEY NEVER SEND IT ! ... we have called and reminded them plenty of times and they say it takes awhile. My mom hasn’t gotten some of her medication because of them . Don’t go to that horrible place.

This health center are so unprofessional, rude and incompetent!! The medical assistant KENIA is extremely rude, and has an attitude!! The office manager Kimberly R. (Who wouldn’t give me the last name) Didn’t help at all!! Kimberly said if my sister need to get preop clearance to take her to urgent care or the ER!! Dr. Tanya E. Bryant did a physical on my sister even though my mother didn’t request the physical. My mother requested a PREOP NOT A PHYSICAL!! Dr. Bryant ignore my mother!! Then Dr. Bryant refuse to sign the perop form!!! Because she said she did not do a physical!! Do not take your family to this health center!! The office manager Kimberly said they do not have walk in at all. Which is a lie!! The staff are not in the same page. They all have different stories!! They are completely incompetent!!! Especially Kimberly R, Keina , and Dr. Bryant. They treated my mother badly just because she does not speak English!!! They discriminate, funny how they are FQHC health center.
