First off they held money on a canceled unit for just under 4 weeks after numerous calls. It wasn't resolved until I went into the location.. another deposit on the unit I emptied and notified the attendant on September 5th(Labor day) wasn't apparently closed on their records til the 9th. I called to see where my refund was on the overcharge was. Today the 21st I called my bank to see if the monet was floating out there and they confirmed it was not. So I called and spoke with a lady named raylyn and she says it was issued.. well where is my money? I exclaimed she needs to have a manager call me by 11am tomorrow (Thursday the 22nd). She responded that I'd get a call at their convenience and exclaimed the manager works 7 til 330 the next 3 days. I don't care apparently the 119.95$ means more to them than me, since they still have my money.. I don't want to take this further but will! Give me my money and an apology!!! Terrible service and even worse experience. I do not recommend. Get your moving vehicle rental elsewhere and there are 5 other storage places in the area, GO TO ONE OF THEM!!!

Called to inquire a price for uhaul. After giving the info of when i needed the truck, the guy literally said yea we can't do that and hung up on me. Keep up the good work bud

So there hours of operations say they are open I call. Greated by a man who decided to rudely tell me they weren't open on sundays then hang up on me. Never going to use U-Haul again. I know monroe as a whole just is terrible but come on man. If your that miserable get a different job
