I was told at the beginning I had two months consider them as my representatives. Then I was rushed to gather my paper work, letters. My goal was to apply for advance parole. My representative was “busy” took her two months to get back to me. On top of that she tells me she can’t help me and gave me 1 week to provide her another letter, and if I failed to do so she was going to drop my case. Not sure why they take on so many cases if they are unable to help and get to everyone, and promise fake hopes. Very inconvenient and waste of time. I got absolutely zero help here.
