Horrible the security harassed us evey time like we don’t show them out id everytime even yell at us. They treat us very badly all because we dress different and pointed out a no drug policy and looked at us saying we do drugs. The security that always harasses us and yells at us is name Larry an old white guy dose it everytime.

Beautiful place, but they force you to pay for their private security; let me just tell you how "ghetto, and tacky, and totally cringe" these people were. When the food came, it was self served, the guests made their way to the line, these so called "security staff" were first in line, they simply grabbed their own plates served themselves😮😮😮, is this what we signed up for? they couldn't even wait for the guests to serve themselves? they actually ate before 90% of the guests, they were even on line for the second time while guests were still in line waiting to eat for their first time.
So many other things we saw that were out of line, but I'll save that for Yelp.

If you like being harassed by security guards for reasons unrelated to security, being charged more than surrounding communities while enjoying nitpicky office personnel and far fewer offered amenities. A board that will not step down to community members or even honor the community vote, attempting to change things for the better of their community. Paying for security guards to issue CC&R violations for petty reasons like having your company vehicle outfront of your house, even for a day, whilst the treasurer allows his neighbors special permissions to park their utility vehicles on the same street he lives on. Our HOA dues go to - a property management team that makes it their sole priority to take as many houses from the hands of honest, hardworking community members and even go through the trouble of issuing personal threats to take homeowners homes for their own. - A landscaping company that makes millions off of this community, creating leaks and never fixing them, allowing their workers to treat the community as their own personal garbage can, while only effectively landscaping the area where the treasurer lives and leaving other areas looking like a suburban scene from Mad Max, kinda cool for a while but, I thought the point was to increase our property value unilaterally, not just in certain areas where certain individuals live. If you appreciate people being paid to do exactly the opposite of what their job is, a board that is a tyrannical little nest of narcissists, I implore you to move here and enjoy the unnecessary harassment that is to come, be blessed with personnel that refuse to work with community members and the massive fines that ensue, presumably to pad the terrible expenditures aiding in the massive deficit these wonderful board members have put this community through.

The facility is well maintained but some of the security there make you feel very uncomfortable!!!! A lot of home owners have issues with the security. I have had problems with them as well checking up on me in the gym!!! Harassing my wife making guests feel uncomfortable!!! Aside from that great view and very clean!!!

My sister recently had my niece graduation party there...and man oh man beautiful view...just the drive to the place is beautiful site seen...very clean place...customer service are very helpful...great place to rent out for birthdays..weddings...graduation party and so on...great job...👍

It is a nice place to be like a family. It is only for the neighbors in the area. Private place. I didn't feel good with the security guards, I caught two of them watching some inappropriate content while guarding, another one was flirting with some girls... please select your security personnel more carefully.
