I use to absolutely love this program. It saved my life honestly but the last 3 months have been the worst. I have been awaiting responses for over 6 weeks, I have to hunt down, leave messages on cars, call every employee, and have a mental break down before I get a response from soneone saying they'll call me. I'm still waiting..... My kids and I have been homeless for 3 months and I've been in the program 4 years. I have never felt so helpless. Please do better because people's lives literally depends on it.

Been trying to get in there me my sister who is mentally disabled and my 2 living kids been trying to get in there for a couple of months now I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone yet

I personally have not received assistance from TTI however I have helped quite a few folks with rides there and assisted them with paperwork. TTI IS AN AMAZING RESOURCE TO THE JACKSON, MICHIGAN COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE, DO AND WHAT I PRAY YOU CAN CONTINUE TO DO FOR YEARS TO COME!!!!!!!!!
