This organization has taken over $200 of my moms money and not paid her back. She signed up over a year ago and tried to contact the organization multiple times because she could not watch the videos or podcasts she signed up for. Now, almost a year later they have charged her again $180 after she has not used anything from their website. This organization steals money, doesn’t deliver what it says and does not even respond to BBB. Do not sign up or give them your credit card or debit card information, you will regret it.

I love every single message I’ve ever heard from Havilah Cunnington. However if you are looking to purchase any merch or books, just get it on Amazon. I ordered two books, and a mug back in mid November of 2019 as Christmas presents. I emailed into customer service after about two weeks. Someone responded with “If you don’t receive them in another week, let us know! We’re happy to help!”
Three weeks to deliver things that are presumably on hand in inventory? That’s odd, but I was fine with it because I love Havilah, and intentionally ordered directly from Truth to Table to cut out the Amazon fees that business have to pay when they sell on Amazon. I wanted this ministry to get the most out of my purchase.
A few more weeks go by, I email in and ask about my order. The Operations Director replied back with “I will personally get the mug out to you and shipped today.”
I responded with “Thank you for your reply. The order is for a mug and two books.”
To which she responded, “Thank you for the clarification. Sending today!”

- I received a package with just the mug. I was pretty upset. I paid for Christmas gifts, did not receive them in time for Christmas, so I had to purchase additional gifts to give. Then another month goes by, only to have half of my order delivered. I have reached out to ask for my books and a refund, and a week has gone by with no response. I love Havilah and all that she stands for as a woman of God, leader, and influencer within the Body of Christ. I really do. But I don’t think I’ll be purchasing any more products from Truth to Table, which makes me sad.
