Wonderful and clean facility. Workers care about the residents and the activity director does a phenomenal job of ensuring all residents have opportunities for engagement and socialization. She does a wonderful job communicating with your loved ones and their families!!!

Oak Creek Place has been more than an assisted living facility for my friend. Although sometimes it is hard for her to be in assisted living, Oak Creek Place has made it feel like a home. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful.

Short on staff. 4 different directors in 5 yrs. Aides not educated in dementia.avtivities gal busy cooking in kitchen cuz cooks quit.aides busy on their cellphones. No one at reception desk. No locked doors, anyone can walk in or dementia patients can escape. Meds not given on time...should I go on?

This is NOT a facility meant for dementia patients. They lead us to believe they would give proper care to an individual who needs help with their ADL’s. They are NOT trained properly to assist people with dementia. They haven’t even come close to what they promised at admission. The staff is very unprofessional and not very friendly if you question something regarding their care. Their excuse for the poor care is that they are short staffed. Would never recommend this place to anyone that I cared for.

Fomer Three year resident, we had to move as my mom needed more care. In the years we were there they got better with activities, and staffing, flexible to meet what the residents wanted. The staff truly cares about their residents. Most of the staff is not local, some take public transit yet they are they snow, rain or shine - that is care and dedication. Something not many of think about or appreciate often enough. Great theater room, nice dining room for entertaining family, friends.
