Just donated my kids old and broken bikes here and bought two refurbished bikes that not only my 5 and & 8 year old can grow into but I don’t have to worry about them falling apart like the bikes their grandpa bought them at garage sales. The price was less than 300 total for both bikes and they threw in free bells! The customer service I received was above and beyond as they weren’t trying to upsell me but make sure my kids were satisfied and comfortable with the new bikes (and also providing me the option to fix up their old bikes). With my kids constantly growing out of things, there’s no need to spend 500 bucks+ on a brand new bike. This is my new go to place for buying bikes! Thanks you for making this such a lovely experience!

I stopped by yesterday per recommendation from a different bike shop. I didn't end up purchasing a bike but the experience I had at this shop left an impression and I'll definitely be back! Jasper took the time and attention to help me learn how to find a properly fitting bike with attention to posture and comfort. Additionally he highly encouraged that I take a bike on a test ride for at least 15 minutes to take note of how my shoulders and arms felt. I'm grateful for the high-quality customer service, thanks!

Um...WOW! My family is new to California and heard about Re-Cyclery Bike Shop from a neighbor. I needed a quick, affordable fork replacement for my daily ride and received much more (e.g., warm welcome, kindness and understanding, maintenance tutorial). Brian is a true professional and it was awsome to see him in action. And it’s great to find Midwest nice in NorCal;~)

Trips for kids was great! A man named Fide helped us. There was a ton of bikes here of every variety. Fide was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They have as is bikes and bikes that have been fully refurbished. The fully refurbished bikes carry a full warranty and can be returned if there is anything wrong with them. They had some very nice high end refurbished bikes for around $300-$400. This place is a wonderful thing to have in the community and deserves to be patronized. Customer service here is fantastic.

Great place for bikes, all bike parts & accessories, as well as cycle clothes. All at great prices. Best bonus is the proceeds go to support Trips for Kids, which provides training, educational programs and bikes to disadvantaged youth.

This place is incredible. They have any bike part you'll need, tires, gear, etc for kids and adults. Bought a great 24" Specialized bike for my son for a steal. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. To top it off, all proceeds go to a special cause. Win, win!

If i could give this place a six star review, i would. I have been loyal to this organizations outstanding service for quite some time, and EVERY time i come in for a repair its affordable, fast, and efficient. They also take donated bikes and tune them up to perfection, then sell them for a reasonable price. The best thing about it is, there profits go to an amazing cause. (Check out there website to see how they contribute to and benefit our community) It all started when i went to a large "chain" bike store to get my wheel fixed and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it and told me that they wouldn't be able to get it done the day of when i needed to use my bike the morning after to commute to work, so i decided to go with Trips For Kids instead. They proceeded to meet my budget and i was in and out in 20 minutes. I've been a loyal customer ever sense. Thanks you guys for doing everything you do!
