Route two is overcrowded and always late. Some drivers drive like snails, others like Tokyo drift. I just want to make it to appointments on time! Maybe it's time to split a couple routes and add buses. The town is growing and people are reliant on the bus.

Drivers are nice but there's a lack of reliability. Route 2 is always packed and late. There's so many people it's difficult for drivers to keep up especially with wheelchair users. As someone who's reliant on the bus for doctors appointments I must leave two hours early because I never know if I'll be late or not.

Polite drivers, dependable enough scheduling. Busses are always clean.

So many elderly, disabled and disadvantaged people would be completely helpless to get around without this service. I'm so proud of my city for maintaining the busses.

Fantastic bus system for Tehama county residents. Every time I've used this service it has been with exceptionally friendly drivers who always check up on you to make sure you are on the correct bus.

And currently it's free. No fares, you just get on and go.

It would be helpful if there was an option to find out if the bike rack is full prior to bus arriving. Or to reserve a spot for the use of the bike rack. Not always an option to lock up bikes at the pickup location or if u get 1 way but coming back the bike racks full. Can be very frustrating & often a big hassle. Especially when it's the last bus of the day. So just a suggestion
