Attractive church in renovation. Tall plants filled the cemetery, it is obvious with all the dead and still in bloom, it is a beautiful spot. The building was closed to tour inside. Great view out to the village below and water. There is a trail to walk to the village or you can drive. The building, arts and gifts is closed during renovations. There is a sign stating where they are currently located. It was easy to find the homesteads, but there was no way to know any history of the structures. They are in the midst of residences and one has a "warning" sign.

So beautiful with all of the wildflowers, views, and the eagles nest in the tree right next to the cemetery. Upkeep on this place is incredible and a testament to the local community’s love of their history and those who are buried here. One of the most beautiful cemeteries I’ve ever visited.

It was a great historical landmark.
If you do visit it in the winter time, park for down by the cemetery otherwise your car will get stuck on the hill.

It is a very beautiful location. The headstones dated back many years of those that have passed before us. Take notice of the bald eagle nest in the nearby tree. She was feeding her baby eglet while I was there 6/2024.
