They say they are helping fire victims. I purchased a for massager that was broken and changed my mind about a150$ vacuum in march. The policy is to only give store credit, so since March they have held my 162$and will not return it to me. I need my money to pay rent. I didn't even leave the store work the vacuum, i changed my mind because it was 150$. Beware of broken things. If you buy it, your stuck with it. I don't want store credit. It will do me no good if i end up homeless.
