This garage was wonderful to me.They took in my very difficult project with some knowledge of how to apply it. I was extremely grateful for the time and effort. However, carburetors are not thier strong suit. Nick was a gem . I've given them more of my cars since.

Great place to go, they changed my custom brakes and also fix my calipers. This is a safe reliable spot to work on your car! And nick and mike is the best, they took time out of their day off to get me on the road when the business was closed on Saturday. Definitely recommend!

Took car in for service. Came back in worse condition both times. First time I had brakes, then I didn't. Came back for a brake job and the dummies didnt even hook the battery back up and couldn't figure out why it wasnt turning over AFTER they hooked up jumper cables to the battery that they failed to reconnect. Many other reasonable options for auto repair, especially paying the prices we do for mechanics.

I have taken several cars to Tier 3 ranging from Mitsubishis to Jaguars and they have ALWAYS done incredible work. In fact, I'll never go anywhere else ever again. They've repaired our cars and done customer work flawlessly. Prices can't be touched, customer service is the best I've ever had at an auto shop, and the work they do is on point every time. I don't even live in the area anymore and I still will drive over 30 miles just to get my car serviced at Tier 3. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust these days, but I'd trust Tier 3 with ANYTHING automotive.

These guys are the best in the area. Hands down. They’ve been the only shop I’ve trusted with my car for the last few years. Thanks for always doing great work!

I took my car to get exhaust work done, because I had a leak, and in the process I was told that it could be possible for some bolts to break, which wasn't a big deal, and did happen. So with that being done, they said the turbo had to come out, in order to extract the bolts, which I was also charged for, no big deal. Almost a week goes by, I pick up my car, and for one, the vehicle was dead. Was told that could have battery issues, some wiring issues that could cause drainage from the batter. Note, I've NEVER had any issues with a dead battery or once died on me. Car turns on and sounds horrible. Thought nothing of it. Drove off, and car ran sluggish. Turned around and came back, and the dude seemed annoyed from my complaint, and drove it, came back and said something my car not getting traction or traction control not activating, then said I could have a misfire in the engine. Why not look at those things before giving back my car? Guy told me to leave my car and they'd look into and replace the coil packs. Keep that in mind. I declined to leave my car for another few days. At this point, the car was not safe to drive or was street safe. I had a mechanical DRIVE out to me who lives TWO HOURS away, to do me the favor and check my car. He found a hose that was NOT connected to the intercooler. So with that being said, it was NOT a misfire. It did NOT need new coil packs, it had NOTHING to do with traction control. I was being lured Into spending more money being SCAMMED. Was told one thing and another. In reality. I didn't need their service. They just wanted my money. Why was the hose disconnect? I don't know. Was completely opposite side of where they where supposed to be working on. I truly believe they disconnected the tube or either forgot (if they did unplug it on purpose or forgot during the process) for my car to run sluggish and unsafe. My car currently runs perfectly fine, due to just one simple fix, vs what they where ASSUMING which could have been costly. They should have checked my car to see if it was running just how I took it in the first place, than just handing my keys with issues. That's my reasons why I'm giving a ONE star rating. I didn't deserve any of this. Shout out to my mechanic who drove two hours to find this simple error.

The service is great, and everyone is very honest. I have had a lot of bad mechanics and shops over the last 15 years and my long search for a good one is finally over. I have been going to Mike for several years now and I don't have any complaints. If you have a Subaru especially this is a great place to go. There isn't a day I go there and they don't have an engine ripped apart from one of them. They literally can do almost anything here.
