I highly recommend ThereforeGo if you're looking for faith-forming experiences for your students that are also really fun and meaningful! I participated in their events many times as a high school student and my experiences had a life-long impact, both for my life and my vocation as I ultimately chose to pursue ministry leadership.
Regarding their short term missions experiences, one of the big differences that sets them apart is that their local on-site leadership staff are all volunteers who serve out of their passion and not for a paycheck. It makes a huge difference in the quality of the experience.

Youth Unlimited does an amazing job putting together holistic experiences for teens to grow in and live out their faith. When I go on a YU trip, I know that I'm getting the most bang for my buck, and that my students will have an amazing and memorable experience!
