I recently was in a period of my life where I was down on my luck.. I had lost pretty much everything I own and was having a tough time communicating with others and trying to get back on my feet.. A social worker of mine reached out to a County Mutual Aid group, and asked for any assistance with getting me access to some electronic devices to help me start applying for jobs, resources, etc... Although I am not a woman, the Women's Center reached out to my worker and provided me with what appears to be a new HP laptop.. I cherish this thing! I could not have been more grateful - now, or in my time of need. This was a huge boon to my progress, and I will never forget the kindness they did for me. Thank you thank you thank you!
