My mom was a resident here and could not speak more highly of the genuine care she received. I am not saying this place is perfect, but the staff do a GREAT job doing a job not most of us would do. My mom was treated like family, the personal connection this team makes to make residents feel like they are being taken care of by family is amazing and I am beyond grateful to each and every one who took the time to treat mom like family. From the homemade food to the cookouts this team cares. The house may not always be pristine, but neither is mine it mattered more to me the caring people who took care of her day in and day out. Placing your loved ones somewhere is a hard decision, this place made that decision worth it!

I have a parent of currently at the Villa of Greenfield. My parent has been there for a few years now. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly while my parent has resided there. Over the past year, I have seen a whole lot of good things that have occurred from restructuring the staff to watching the positive growth haeen as a result. The cares have really come a long way from where in my opinion they once were and they continue to move in the right direction. The current staff is what I see to be extra caring about not only their positions, but also a love for their calling in life. As in most care facilities, going above and beyond their calling. I am comfortable having my parent cared for at this beautiful and clean facility with very caring staff.

My Mother was a resident of this facility for 10 years, it was convenient as its very close to my home and I could visit her daily. I had the opportunity to observe the care my mother and other residents received at all times of the day and night; I was very pleased with the level of attention she received. My Mother had an extremely difficult personality and was at times very hard to manage- I watched everyone from the Manager, Nurses, Aids and Kitchen staff treat my mother with respect & compassion. They upheld that level of commitment to each and every resident daily from my view over a decade. There were plenty of activity’s to keep her busy should she choose to participate, the staff went out of their way to make her feel special and attended to- She went on field trips, had in house art classes, was a part of the “gardening club” that involved her floral expertise. She was always clean, clothed and quite enjoyed the family dinners prepared. Her room was always fresh, sheets were changed, towels were clean and her medication schedule was always on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa to a friend or family member, my experience far exceeded my expectations.

This place is absolutely horrid!( Former employee who has notified the state). Residents have gone 4 to 5 weeks without showers and are ignored when trying to reach out. Residents are not cleaned properly in the mornings because and I quote "there are not enough wash clothes". Some residents complain of pain and are "shushed away" or called "addicts behind their backs". Medications have gone missing almost daily by the employees. Third shift employees sleep on the job and let the residents lay in their own urine for hours. MICHELLE (OPERATIONS) Puts on a great facade when giving tours, talking with families, or talking with the owner (tim). Almost all employees are intimidated by her. She spends hours in the office on her phone but likes to come out every so often to show her power and embarrass her employees and talk down to them as if they are children (no respect).

The residents there are so sweet and it was so incredibly hard to leave! But there is only so much a person can take before you start breaking down. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

I'm also assuming the higher stars with no reviews are fake.

My mother was there for 5 weeks last summer. We refer to it as "the horrible place." Aides were careless with transferring, and Mum had multiple bruises on her legs when she left. They would leave Mum in bed at mealtime and pretend she wasn't hungry, but really they didn't want to help her up and wheel her to the dining room. Saw feces smeared in the residents' bathrooms on multiple occasions. Lots of people not showing up for work, so not enough aides to do the work. They spend time on their phones instead of working, and try to leave problems for the next shift instead of taking care of them. I heard Michelle the manager is gone, she was part of the problem, so maybe things will improve.

My mother has dementia and is in the Blakewood House which is part of the Villa of Greenfield. It's a very nice small community-based home. Always kept clean, friendly staff. Meals are well planned out and kept clean. A nice place for my mom where she feels like she is in a homey atmosphere and not a big facility. Because it's a smaller facility, it becomes a close knit family. Everyone is very nice. Sam, Shamille, Marcia, Coleen and the 3rd shift crew are very kind. Sam and Coleen are always good about keeping them busy and active. I know staff is smaller than the Villa and there are some medically challenged residents that may not be able to participate, but it would be nice if they could combine some of the activities and outings with the Villa with the Blakewood house. Overall, very happy and glad my mom is there. Meds given to her on time and they are very understanding of her condition.

I had died several times and woke up in hell. In 16 months, i received no shower, .no edible government surplus food, no respect, denial of meds, abuse and neglect. It was dreadful. I was lucky that the cleaning person helped me with protein foods. I weighed 87 pounds. Glad to escape.
