Staff, friendly and professional, the food is perfect and the place is clean. The drive-through is not recommended. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes wait. The parking lot is not easily available. It’s too busy.

2 seniors, myself and another went on Friday the 21st 2024. Our experience with the staff members Ben and Brianna was traumatizing. They had no compassion or patience for the handicap. Didn't allow us to park in the handicap because we drove in front of gate. This was her first time going there. PLEASE PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST FIR ANYONE WHO IS HANDICAP AND OR A SENIOR TO COME TO YOUR FOOD BANK. YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

On Mondays and Fridays, it is super chaotic. people are everywhere trying to push their way in. The system with numbering doesn’t work very well because I notice most of the Spanish-and other speaking people don’t know what the heck is going on. The lady who seems to run the show on those days is very rude, insensitive, and has a bad temper. I have been attending the Storehouse for extra supplement because I am low income. I have never once with my daughter-in-law and son, then able to go into the storehouse in groups earlier than three. I think it’s a set up and she intentionally gives us larger numbers so we’re very last. I have a very bad kidney and liver disease. It’s hard for me to stay on for long periods of time and it gets very frustrating when she yells at us inside the store. I have to be very careful what I eat so it’ll take me a little bit longer. I understand that she’s, making sure everybody gets the same amount of time but she gets very mean and does a lot of yelling at us

The entire staff is so amazing and work together to accommodate such a great number of people of all ages races and gender. Without judgement is the most amazing thing about this particular food pantry. Forever thankful and am currently doing orientation to be a part of this well oiled machine to give a bit back if what was so generously given to me in a time of need

This facility is like heaven to me. I was in great need for food and supplies since 8 was on maternity leave. EBT denied/ineligible my application due to my husband (only one working and providing) was making too much. Remind you we still have rent, car payments, insurance, gas, phone, medical bills, baby supplies and food all need to be covered and his paychecks alone does not cover all expenses.
I was depressed, anxious, crying not knowing how to get through and sacrificing some things.
This place had enough food and some items I needed for myself and baby and enough to help put food on the table. Especially for me since I'm breast feeding only.
The staff are all friendly, supportive, nice, helpful and everything I could describe which is simply not enough. The building is well kept and clean. I recommend anyone who is struggling with food shortage in providing themselves, family including children of all ages. This is the place to go too. There is no judgement, just understanding and giving extra help and support.
Now I'm one worry away, knowing I can go to this place and get food and supplies I need to provide my family.

The people who works iand get food from here are a blessing..everyone is nice..and a great attitude ..I love going here...they give you food to actually enjoy and prepare a full course meal every day ...it's the best place to go for food help....thank GOD ....and glory to the king Jesus

Such a blessing that "His Father's House" church&foodbank (The Storehouse) have been to me when I needed a few groceries to get me through the end of the month. I so admire everyone that volunteers @ The Storehouse, because it's so busy and us folks that rely on the foodbank are so eternally grateful & blessed to have such a wonderful charity helping the poor🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
