They need to either update their donation policies or retrain their donation intake staff. I came by with a bed frame that had been barely used, confirmed on the donation list that it was acceptable and confirmed with the workers inside, but when I went to drop it off in the back the guy turned me away. If there are some items that you can't accept, I understand, but the least that you can do is update your lists and make sure that everyone is on the same page.

The prices are way, way too high. They charge the same price as anything you can get on Amazon or at TJ Maxx, but totally worn out. That and the impatient/zoned out employees make this an awful place to spend your money.

Super dusty. Not much of a selection for men, but a few nice things for women. Prices are good. No dressing room. You might find more in a bigger thrift, but this was cute.

The renovations made the place look much nicer in general, but they took out the fitting room. Women's clothing sizes vary too much to trust a tag, and sometimes things just look better on a hanger than they do on a body. Not to mention, when I asked a staff member if they still had one, he never made eye contact or said anything other than nope. They don't care, so I don't care to shop here anymore.

Horrible! Very dirty messy racks
Clothes stacked so tight you can't even get a finger to look through them.

Very expensive.

Picked up a short sleeve tee-shirt and the hispanic lady said it was a blouse so she charged me $5. It's clearly a tshirt from the t-shirt section!

Other men's tshirts had tons of holes in them I'd have to sew and she wouldn't budge in the prices.
Holes in almost all the clothes

Their system makes you do separate transaction anytime you use a coupon.

I love shopping there untili found out one of the managers buys all the good new furniture before it comes out to the sales floor. And on top she's not very nice to the customers. I can tell she's better in a warehouse than dealing with customers. I've seen her be rude to older customers

This store has definitely cleaned up, fair prices with sales except for clothes way too high priced, can't even try them on! They have more of a variety than in the past and staff is always cleaning and sorting with friendly attitudes.
