Beware. Lin answers the phones. She wasted my time causing me to lose assistance and my utilities will be shut off this week. Thanks to her lying constantly. She will act dumb and lie about freeze funds. And appointments. She doesn't care. She made me waste my time. And all her promises were broken. Why? I don't know but don't look into getting help from people that don't care about you. She keeps lying to herself. Thanks Lin. I'll think of you when my power shuts. You're a failure and a waste of time. My kids will know who you are.

Called for food assistance. If you are hurting for food or help skip this place!! You need ID and your social security card and some people do not have those things available to them especially if they need help. Disgusting. Salvation Army where? Who runs peoples information if they are in need of help immediately? I’ll never shop at another Salvation Army!!

Always will to help those in need, not only low income but anyone with hard times with food, clothing, furniture, heating bill & place of worship. Even employment for Christmas bell ringing to help raise money so they can keep doing their good deeds. They help those too who lost home in a fire, storm and other catastrophic circumstances, even help during war. God Bless & Be Safe.

I had never had the occasion to visited the Salvation Army before yesterday. I found the staff to be exceptionally cordial. They were open and receptive to my felt needs and provided the information and assistance I needed to increase my well being. Thank you for your help and support and your presence in the community.

Their Prices are absolutely crazy. I wont even donate to them any longer. Dollar store glasses USED for 1.99.. burned candles 2.99 I dont know who they have pricing the stuff but it needs be revisited and managed by someone who remembers what that store is for.

For a week straight I have been calling I've been calling to sign up for the angel tree never have gotten a call back not one time. Today I call and they say that they Are no longer accepting applications for it. I feel like they need to let it be known that they are no longer accepting applications when on their flier it says until the 28th of October. Thanks a lot for being false & never calling back. Very unprofessional and I hope yall have consequences for it
