Called for info regarding Toys4totes and Vikki (not sure if this is how she spelled her name) was rude. She gave me the wrong websites several times for registration. I was entering the sites she gave me onto safari on my phone and it kept coming up as “page not found.” I told her it’s not working. She told me that I should be writing the sites down on “paper” instead of entering it on safari. I told her I have to, and how do I know if it works if I don’t type it into safari? I could write it on paper but if we end our phone conversation and it’s doesn’t work then I’d have to call her back. She proceeded to tell me that she was busy and will call me back. I said okay and she hung up. I never heard back from her. I later found the site on my own. Vikki was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful!
