If I could put no stars I would. They don’t help and you wonder why bay city is the way it is no one helps! You try to get food every 3 months you get a mini box I’m sorry I didn’t take advantage of your services as every other person in bay city did. I go there when I absolutely need it I have been there one time and I could sneeze and be there that’s how close I am. I hope trump closes your bogus place down!!!!

Was told I could go in to get help with pads.. there was an elderly woman that was arguing with an elderly man how about taking things that weren't serious a captain assistant she take it and she seen me at the window and he kept trying to make her take things she kept saying no because she couldn't he kept saying why not n than she pointed at me so he could see me . She was mad n rude.. acting like I was bothering them . I just need help but will never go back.. because of her n that man n how there stealing from here . Sickening to see people steal from the less fortunate.. SHAME SHAME SHAME!! Just cause your old n work there doesn't make it ok to Steal!!! SHAME ON YOU!!

They do not help people nor answer the phone or emails. Took 2 weeks to even get any message back and was rudely dismissed. Supposedly "don't have funding" but yet sell people's donated items everyday. Completely disappointed and would never donate to these people.

They fail to inform they close at 3. I was 5 minutes after 3 and couldn't get help! I was late cause I missed the drive and had to go around the block! So watch for the drive. I'm disabled so can't walk far! 3:05!

Went in with 30 minutes till closing, but could barley get through half the store before the lady up front was yelling that they were closing soon and to bring everything upfront. Not 2 minutes later they were shutting off all the lights. Talk about rude. Then when I said something about the lights being shut off with 15 minutes till close I was told in a joking tone “oh that’s what we always do”.

Major Rick has no consideration for any disability, today he threw out a mentally and physically ill person who is homeless during lunch and refused to let them get probably their only meal for the day
