Took a deposit then cancelled with 15 minutes notice disgusting service. Took 2 weeks to get refunded deposit. No wonder he keeps changing the salons name that he works under. Arrogant and didn’t even apologise…

Disgusting and arrogant attitude towards my elderly (74yo) disabled wife, she walked in and made an appointment which is no easy feat these days due to medical issues. She asked if it was possible for him to write the appointment down on something. He said no, we live in the 21st century, we are online and we may need to give your appointment away. He didn't make it clear she had to book the appointment online or acknowledge anything. She had a rough week of appintments at hosptial and was really looking forward to her appointment. When she turned up for the appointment, he said you didn't book an appointment with me and said you need to book online. He said you could have phoned. We tried to phone using the number provided on Google maps, however it says its disconnected. My daughter was with her and said I think you owe my mam an apology. He said I owe no one an apology. What should have been a lovely day ended up being traumatic.

Cancelled my appointment and hour and a half before hand by text. This was after having the cheek to take a deposit incase I was a no show. This meant having to go out of my way to visit to get it back. Not even a sorry, never going back

I've had short hair for over 5 years and had so many experiences of being over charged for a cut very similar to mens, had some awful cuts in barbers and have even queued in barbers alongside men had the same service and been charged more. The cut here is the best I've had, best style and super tidy and at a very fair price. Finally found a good hairdresser! I'd really recommend this place especially for women with short hair looking for a good quality unisex cut at a fair price.
