I am my sister's representative payee and we have to transfer to an fiduciary service in San Diego. This place was suggested by the manager of her Sober Living House. The paperwork was done a month ago and I have called so many times and no one answers and no one has contacted me. You can't leave a message either. I call during their few hours they show as being open as well. Very frustrating and I don't know how my sister will be able to even get her money she needs. I am going to try to switch to another service if I can.
UPDATE: THE DAY I WROTE THIS SOMEONE FINALLY GOT BACK TO ME. I FOUND A LINK ON THEIR SITE TO SEND AN EMAIL INSTEAD AND THEY RETURNED MY CALL. USE EMAIL IF YOU DON'T REACH THEM.
